Performance Marketing Manager

TalenTailors is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our customer`s team. As a Performance Marketing Manager at TalenTailors, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive the growth of our customer base and revenue. You will work closely with our marketing team to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility: Drive the success of our marketing efforts
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including management, project & event management, and sponsorship/partners
• Create and execute innovative and holistic campaigns, spanning both online and offline channels
• Take charge of managing advertisements on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, constantly optimizing for performance
• Handle the technical setup of Ads Manager accounts, Pixels, GTM, and other tools
• Efficiently coordinate posts on various channels and maintain effective communication with the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing, particularly in the event or festival sector
• High proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Experience with metrics like cost per click, cost per purchase, and classic funnel metrics
• Creative skills for ad creation are a plus but not mandatory
• German: C1-C2 proficiency required
• Team player, ability to work autonomously, careful and detail-oriented
• Experience with the technical implementation of ads on various platforms
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics
