As a Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading change projects, which effect the product fit, form, or function
• Implementing a robust product quality
• Determining change tasks with their team members
• Supports other functions with product and process knowledge

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of job related experience in manufacturing industry

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 3 years of experience in project management
• 3 years of experience in filtration application is nice to have
• 3 years of experience in physical or chemical Laboratory work
• 5 years of English language experience (writing /reading) >B2

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution
• Skills include skills in using Microsoft office, Openness, flexibility, communicativeness, and willingness to develop, ability to read and prepare technical documentation. SAP and PLM knowledge are welcome

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to WROCLAW-3MPL-KOWALSKA at least 2 days per week)

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
