As a Business Operations Analyst specializing in either CAPEX/OPEX control or dashboard development, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective financial management, data-driven decision-making, and resource optimization within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, managing capital and operational expenditures, supporting resource management initiatives, and developing dashboards to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Your Role

  • Conduct detailed analysis of capital and operational expenditures to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. -
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • CAPEX/OPEX Control
  • Develop and implement strategies to control and optimize capital and operational expenditures. -
  • Monitor and track expenses against budgets, providing recommendations for cost-saving measures
  • Dashboard Development:
  • Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive dashboards to represent key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational data. -
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure dashboards meet business requirements.
  • Data Analytics:
  • Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from financial and operational data. -
  • Present findings to key stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Resource Management
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand resource needs and constraints. -
  • Assist in resource allocation, optimization, and planning to ensure efficient use of organizational resources.
  • Dashboard Development: -
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and financial metrics. -
  • Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
  • Process Improvement: - Identify and implement process improvements related to financial management, resource allocation, and data analytics. -
  • Work cross-functionally to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sens, PowerBI etc.)
  • Proven experience in financial analysis,
  • CAPEX/OPEX control, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with resource management and capacity planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
