The Data Specialist, Customer Success provides software archive services for new Spinnaker Support customers during the initial customer onboarding process. Data Specialist services include the planning, execution and status reporting for all Oracle EBS, Oracle DB and tech products, Siebel, Hyperion, JD Edwards, and SAP products that our customers have legal entitlement to download prior to their maintenance end dates with the software vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or applicable years’ experience.
- Preference to 4-year technical, information system related or business-related college degrees.
- 2+ years of experience preferred
