Job Summary:

The Senior End to End Audio Engineer is a critical role within the HP Hybrid Solutions (Poly) team. Working with a global design team, this position drives execution on all aspects of the audio design of new videoconferencing&Webcam products over multiple projects. you will interface with the HP/Poly Program Manager and the HP/Poly Project Leads in the EE/HW area, providing direction to both on responsibilities & activities for the Audio technology area you own. Will be responsible for your technology areas on Videoconferencing & Webcam over multiple projects, while working with HP’s audio architects/engineers. You will Work, Lead & Oversee debug and qualification activities for the Audio technology components that you own; coordinate between outsourced development partners (ODM), Audio codec or other sub suppliers, and other internal teams. Central to the success of this role is the ability to drive execution at ODM vendors and interface with a multinational team to solve complex technical issues.
