Must have Skills:[object Object] Good to Have Skills: [object Object] Job Requirements: '',//?field Key Responsibilities: 1; Responsible for Proactive administration of Microsoft defender for endpoint 2; Maintaining MDE configuration in line with Client Best Practice policy inc whitelists, blacklists, up-to date definitions and signatures eg, antivirus, anti-malware signatures list as required 3; Maintain up to date MDE rules from the Microsoft updates 4; Coordinate response activities for the MDE platform with system owners, communicate updates and track resolution, and where required escalate Security Incidents in line with client operating procedures and recommend resolutions to resolver groups 5; Review implements new security policies on Microsoft defender for endpoint Technical Experience: 1; Strong experience in Microsoft defender for endpoint 2; Expert level Knowledge in providing platform support for Microsoft defender for endpoint product 3; working knowledge of ITSM tools, Service now preferred. . 4; Should have sound knowledge of KQL/JSON to work with Defender queries and advanced hunting. Professional Attributes:1: Good verbal communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization methods 2: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with no supervision 3. should be flexible to work in 24*7 shifts Educational Qualification:Bachelor or higher degree in related field or equivalent work experience Additional Info: MS Az500, SC200, MS500 and other Security Certification preferred.Bachelor or higher degree in related field or equivalent work experience
