Financial Analyst

We are hiring a Financial Analyst to join our Winfield United FP&A team. This role will support the crop protection business with emphasis on innovation, reporting enhancements, and analytical projects to support business decisions.

This role is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN (hybrid work arrangement each week)

Primary responsibilities include:

• FP&A advisory and support for the Crop Protection business, including variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, investments, predictive analytics, and other analysis to support commercial decisions
• Drive innovation; recommend areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance reporting and analytical infrastructure
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting , finance or related required
• Two years of related work experience or master’s degree
• Prior experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Prior experience with Hyperion Essbase Planning, ERPs, and Power BI tools preferred
• Prior experience with financial modeling preferred
