Senior Analyst - UX Designer

Project Scoping: Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, Clients and UXdesigners and Project Managers. Conduct comprehensive research on user behaviour, market trends, andcompetitor offerings to inform design decisions and strategies.2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, anddevelopers to define design strategies that align with project goals and user needs.3. Design Direction: Set the visual direction and establish design principles and guidelines that maintain brandconsistency while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.4. UI Design: Drive the UI design process from concept ideation to final execution, integrating user feedback,industry best practices, and design principles with hands-on involvement in the design process, creatinghigh-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and interactive experiences that enhance user engagement andsatisfaction.5. Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met, anddeliverables are of the highest quality.6. User-Centric Approach: Advocate for user-centered design principles, conduct user research, and gatherinsights to inform design decisions that prioritize user needs and behaviours.7. Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, stakeholders and clients toiterate and refine design solutions based on feedback and user testing to define and uphold brand guidelinesand design standards, ensuring alignment with the product goals and to translate user needs and businessrequirements into intuitive and visually stunning designs.8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure they meet the establishedstandards and specifications before implementation.9. Style guide & design system: Experienced in Developing and maintaining a cohesive design system forconsistency and scalability across all digital platforms and products.10. Design Audit: Conduct design audits and create a detailed audit report based on the design principles,violations, and recommendations.11. Leadership: Lead and mentor junior UI designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensurehigh-quality design output and professional growth.12. Presentation: Present design concepts and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders, articulating therationale behind design decisions.13. User Testing: Continuously iterate on designs based on user testing, feedback, and data-driven insights toenhance usability and user satisfaction.14. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuallyimprove the team's workflow and deliver cutting-edge designs.

Requirements

Proven 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projectsand deliverables.2. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and MS Office.4. Strong understanding of user interface design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visualhierarchy.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and articulate design decisionsand to effectively convey design concepts and rationale.6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.7. A portfolio showcasing a range of UI design work and a track record of successful project execution.8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing multiple projects and deadlineseffectively.9. Experience in designing for web, mobile, and digital platforms is preferred.10. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.11. A passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design
