About the Role

Join us as an Engineering Manager to inspire the Scheduling team, connecting Patients with Providers to ensure timely care by simplifying appointment management. With a focus on diversity and innovation, you'll build and empower a skilled team while collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders across application and infrastructure teams. Take the helm in enabling thousands to receive timely care and drive impactful change!

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience.
  • 9+ years of professional engineering experience. At least 6 years of full time IC work and at least 3 years of hands-on people management experience.
  • Experience that involves performance management, mentoring, and career growth thereby demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrable project management experience including breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with 3rd party integrations.
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies.
  • Proven Track Record of Success.
  • Technical Vision and Strategy.
  • Experience in Hiring and Talent Development.
