Agile Project Manager

• From Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/ Technology experience added advantage
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management (running scrum agile) in software delivery
• Certifications in Agile (e.g. SCM, SAFE) are compulsory, Change Management (e.g. PROSCI) is a plus
• Salary: up to $8,500 + VB

Summary:

As a Scrum Master in the BTT team, you will manage your assigned projects within a project team, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into business solutions. You will partner with the Product Owner to define the product roadmap, act as the functional and subject matter expert for the solution, and serve as the liaison between product, technology, business, and governance teams. Your role includes timely reporting of project progress to key stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation to drive business efficiency and innovation.

Role and Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Management:

• Control and analyze the project delivery process.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks, facilitating problem-solving and ensuring timely resolution of impediments.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive effective and consistent outcomes.

Team Coaching and Support:

• Coach and guide Feature Team members on Agile principles, processes, and behaviors.
• Support Feature Team members in collaboration and obstacle anticipation.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to resolve obstacles and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Progress Tracking and Reporting:

• Support the Feature Team in measuring and consistently tracking progress.
• Prepare and assist with communication to all levels of management, including presentations and documents for project progress reports and relevant meetings (e.g., monthly steering committee, superusers).

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that meet both strategic and operational needs.
• Utilize matrix reporting for project progress tracking and reporting.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (running Scrum Agile) in software delivery, preferably in the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Technology industries.

Certifications:

• Certifications in Agile (e.g., SCM, SAFE) are compulsory. Change Management certifications (e.g., PROSCI) are a plus.
