Project Manager

General role description

A Project Manager within the customer is responsible for leading and running everything from smaller/larger assignments and operational projects to advanced technical system development projects. The project manager is responsible for all phases of the project/assignment up to delivery, which includes leading the work in developing solution proposals, implementation, preparing for production and life cycle management as well as project completion and that the project/assignment's goals in terms of delivery time, quality and costs are achieved. The project manager reports to the appointed steering group for the project and ensures that the steering group has the right basis to make the necessary decisions that affect the project within given frameworks.

• to contribute to the process management with improvement and change proposals mainly regarding the project management process

• Project management

• Communication, being able to dialogue with different types of stakeholders from different parts of the organization
• Self-motivated and ability to work proactively in a complex environment

Specific competence

• Experience in documentation and production of documents (decision documents, logs, timetables, risk analysis)
• Understanding of ESG regulations and standards, and ability to put these into context how different parts of the customer group are affected
• Understanding the needs of internal and external sustainability data
• Experience in system implementation is advantageous, but not a requirement
• Experience of ESG system support is advantageous, but not a requirement

Experience

- Knowledge – high competence in the field

- Experience – 4-8 years as a consultant in the relevant field, is a role model for other consultants at a lower level. Has been at level 2 for at least 2 years.
