We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Cracow, 50% work from home position.

  • Duration: 6 Months +
  • Languages Required: English
  • Location Cracow 50% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedules interviews (both digital and in person) and hosts onsite interviews in a timely manner
  • Ensures all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in ATS or relevant systems
  • Makes sure that our interview processes, interview scripts, etc. are up to date and reflect our company brand
  • Acts as an Ambassador and committed to improving the candidate experience
  • Strong communication with candidates, recruiters & hiring managers
  • Comfortable performing any administrative tasks related to recruitment
