About Team

You will be part of order to cash vertical comprising various AR operations like Billing- Software License and maintenance, Data processing, billing support functions, customer MDM, Contract Valuation and Terminations, AR collection and Customer Service representative

What you will be doing

Organizes the documentation of key SOX processes, performs evaluations of risk, assesses effectiveness of controls, and promotes continuous control improvement across the billing organization through the deployment of risk response activities and compliance testing.

What you bring:

• Develop an accurate understanding of each business processes and the relevant risks and controls.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable – end to end cycle
• Knowledge of Billing – various types of billing – Maintenance, Fixed Price, Milestone etc
• Hands-on knowledge of contracts and termination process, identifying the liquidity damages and perform analysis for the same.
• Knowledge of contracts and concepts like Credit Notes, Re-bill etc
• Should have worked with global clients especially US, UK etc
• Basic knowledge of Cash Application
• Experience in Dynamics, Entity Management Systems.

• Solid understanding and ability to apply risk and control concepts

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a desire to continually learn
• Demonstrate sound business judgment and decision-making; is resourceful and proactive in planning.
• Self-motivated to act without prompting; can work independently

Qualifications

• Post Graduate/ Inter CA/Inter ICWA or related discipline in Finance/Commerce
• 3-4 years’ experience in Billing/Contract Management/O2C Operations
