We are looking for an enthusiastic Virtual Outbound Call Representative (BDC) (Telemarketer)to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
Responsibilities
- Complete outbound campaigns daily and weekly as assigned.
- Perform designed number of outbound call tasks comparable to, but possible exceeding 150 tasks per day.
- Accept inbound calls and schedule appointments when needed.
- Complete any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Amenable to work US Timezone
- One year of customer service experience
- Can speak excellent Spanish and English
- Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation
- Proficiency with computers
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be a solution-oriented problem solver
- Customer Satisfaction focused

- Speed and efficiency
- Ability to type >50 words per minute at a minimum
