Sales Analyst - Anaplan

Job Summary

The Sales Compensation Analyst supports the implementation of sales compensation programs and systems for an assigned geography or group.

Responsibilities

• Support existing Anaplan models.
• Participate in ongoing Anaplan projects, assist in SIT, UAT, go-live, and daily support.
• Design and build new Anaplan models from scratch to support territory planning, eternal channel compensation, sales crediting engine.
• Collaborate with business users to test models, identify issues, and make necessary improvements when required.
• Maintain and enhance existing Anaplan models as business needs evolve.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and access controls are properly implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience with Anaplan implementation, modeling, and administration.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder.
• Experience with Anaplan model building best practices and performance optimization.
