Lead Analyst - Digital Transformation - Visual Designing

Project Scoping: Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, Clients and UX designers and Project Managers. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design strategies that align with project goals and user needs.Develop and conceptualise a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.Design Direction: Set the visual direction and establish design principles and guidelines that maintain brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.UI Design: Drive the UI design process from concept ideation to final execution, integrating user feedback, industry best practices, and design principles with hands-on involvement in the design process, creating high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and interactive experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality.User-Centric Approach: Advocate for user-centered design principles, conduct user research, and gather insights to inform design decisions that prioritize user needs and behaviours.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure they meet the established standards and specifications before implementation.User Testing: Continuously iterate on designs based on user testing, feedback, and data-driven insights to enhance usability and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and deliverables.• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and MS Office.• Strong understanding of user interface design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.• A portfolio showcasing a range of UI design work and a track record of successful project execution.• Experience in designing for web, mobile, and digital platforms is preferred.• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous
