ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development of CMPT process applications and technology development to fulfill the emerging needs of advanced semiconductor packaging and fabrication.
• Understand CMPT existing and emerging product portfolio. Own the role of maximizing the performance merits of CMPT products through application engineering to achieve the desired business goals.
• In partnership with marketing, sales, and field service team for the CMPT product introductions and real-time technical discussion with customers for troubleshooting during engagement process.
• Feedback field demands to internal R&D group and support the development of new methodology and metrology in ATC lab to enhance the overall capability. Drive for excellence in providing precise and efficient application supports to support customer engagements.
• Own the technical training and sharing to internal organizations to demonstrate product stewardship and provide technical insights to internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree or above in Engineering or science related.
• Minimal 3 years’ experience in semiconductor advanced CMP applications. Advanced packaging related process experience is a plus.
• Fluent language skill in English to provide effective communications across the board.
• Demonstrated ability in interpersonal skill and self-motivated capability to work independently.
• Good oriental and prioritizing skill in project management with sense of urgency to meet the commitments.
• Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professionalism.
• Knowledge of experiment design and data analysis using six-sigma concept is a plus.
• Frequent Travel within Taiwan and APR region is expected.
