Your role

As our Head of FP&A, you’ll be a pivotal player in our Group Finance team. This role is all about strategic financial planning, analysis, and business partnering to drive performance and provide insightful guidance. You'll work closely with the Group CFO at our Gothenburg headquarters.

Main tasks & responsibilities

• Drive performance visibility for the company and the Group, internally and externally, including Board reporting.

• Manage operational responsibilities across various geographies, gaining international exposure.

• Implement and refine models for operations, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes at a consolidation level.

• Actively participate in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Translate KPIs into actionable insights for the management team, refining business strategy and decision-making.

• Develop a single source of truth for data, create dashboards, and leverage data in forecasts and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A roles

• FP&A Operational responsibilities across multiple geographies (ideally Europe) with international exposure

• Experience in implementing operating models, budgeting and forecasting models

• Prior experience of working in an investor-backed business (PE, VC or similar) and be a key point of contact for Board reporting and shareholders relations

• Experience in a high-growth software or SaaS company.

• MS Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (Visma experience preferred)

• Fluent in both English and Swedish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
