Solution Architect

The Role

Part of the Product Management Group, the Solution Architect plays a critical role in helping align teams in a common technical direction, providing solutions to accomplish the portfolio mission, vision and roadmap.

This role focuses on the HR and Learning portfolio and, as such, the role holder will be conversant in a range of HR and Learning systems with an additional focus on Workday.

Who you will work with

The Product Management Group is part of our Global IT Operations function, providing first class IT Operations to the firm in a secure, measurable & cost-efficient manner.

In addition to working with IT Colleagues the role will also work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with the technical roadmap and business requirements.

What you will be responsible for

The Solution Architect role has the following key responsibilities:

• Definition of subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment and communicate requirements for integrations between solutions.
