Currently, ManTech’s National Intelligence Sector division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director- Deputy Division Manager to leave Cloud, AI/ML, and Data Analytics grown and execution across our key intelligence customers. This position is based in our Herndon, VA office.

This individual must drive growth within the division, while ensuring the attainment of customer mission, employee goals and business results consistent with ManTech’s strategy, mission, and values. The Executive Director will be a key member of the NIS (National Intelligence Sector) leadership team, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to accommodate continued growth and geographic expansion within our customer spaces. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Primary responsibility for providing a broad range of ManTech services and solutions to 2 primary Intelligence customers and other intelligence agencies as required.
• Actively participate in business development activities and growth pipeline, working closely with the Growth organization.
• Collaborate with Division Program Managers on capabilities, projects, growth, and areas for innovation.
• Oversee employees in addition to subcontractors with P&L and portfolio growth responsibility.
• Lead portfolio capture and proposal development.
• Senior relationship manager for negotiating/resolving highly complex issues directly with top customer contacts.
• Openly collaborate across the Corporation to support companywide growth and maximize capability.

Basic Requirements:

• 10+ years related work experience in relevant positions of increasing scope and responsibility in relevant areas to include Cloud Infrastructure and Integration, and AI/ML experience.
• 10+ years of experience in working with/providing services for national security and intelligence clients, especially NGA.
• Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college/university.
• Strong experience in managing P&L for a business unit in a federal consulting environment.
• Exceptional customer interface and relationship development skills to assist in the retention and enhancement of the portfolio.

Preferred Requirements:

• Must be a strong and agile leader with proven ability to work effectively across functional groups of the organization.
• Cloud Certifications such as: Solutions Architect-Associate, Cloud Practitioner Certification desired.
• Master’s degree or MBA

Clearance Requirement:

• An active/current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations, and work with hardware and software assets needed to create, communicate, and present as needed.
• Must be able to attend in-person meetings and participate in company and customer meetings whenever and whenever required.
