Overview:
Blue Yonder is looking for Alliance Manager for North America Alliances. This position will be located in our Scottsdale, AZ or Dallas, TX office. Virtual location will be considered for the right candidate.

Responsible globally for sales and go-to market teams to accelerate active co-selling engagement with ISVs in all industry segments including Retail, Manufacturing, and 3PL. The role involves providing thought-leadership, business development, internal collaboration with product management, consultative selling, account planning as well serving as an evangelist that will proactively engage the ISVs and their sales teams and build their awareness of Blue Yonder solutions and value propositions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ISV Alliances for All Industry Verticals (Retail, Manufacturing, 3PL) Globally

  • Collaborate with ISV and Blue Yonder account team (sales and specialists) to source, develop, convert, and tag leads into new opportunities.

  • Work closely with product management, industry, solutions and value engineering teams to manage partner and integration efforts and deliver sales engagement approach on opportunities.

  • Manage ISV Environment Provisioning to allow ISVs to test and verify their integrations with select Blue Yonder solutions

  • Work with Product Development, Legal and Finance to formally launch the ISV Specialization Program

Sales Engagement Enhancement:

  • Communicate Blue Yonderโ€™s value propositions and solutions to accelerate sales engagement, ensuring effective collaboration between ISV and Blue Yonder account teams.

Resource Identification and Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the ISV and Blue Yonder account teams resources for active involvement in implementation activities and ongoing opportunities.

Joint Sales and Marketing Activation:

  • Collaborate on joint selling efforts with ISV and Blue Yonder to enhance predictability, expedite timelines, and increase deal sizes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, industry, and solution teams from both sides to execute these events.

Collaboration and Product Management:

  • Partner with ISV technical resources and internally Blue Yonder Product Management to identify and/or recruit ISV partners as

Strategic Communications:

  • Participate in regular cadence with regional ISV and BY industry executives, regional sales leaders, account teams, and partner management teams.

Partner Ecosystem Enablement:

  • Collaborate on regional enablement sessions about partners and the partner ecosystem, including community calls, partner events, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives and drive consensus.
  • Self-motivated individual with a deep-seated drive for achieving results.
  • Proven experience in effectively positioning Blue Yonder and ISV solutions and value propositions.
  • Proficient in developing, maintaining, and influencing partner relationships across various levels.
  • Knowledge of supply chain in the Retail, Manufacturing and 3PL industry verticals.
  • Highly effective at developing, maintaining, and influencing partner relationships from executive to account level.
  • Prior experience working with ISV or has familiarity of the ISV organization and ecosystem preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the supply chain within the Retail, Manufacturing and 3PL industries.

The Salary range for this position is $91,111.54 to $114,888.45

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
