We're looking for a Lead ML Engineer:

• Drive AI Innovation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI solutions to revolutionize customer experience automation on a platform that’s already generating revenue.
• Collaborate and Create: Work closely with a talented interdisciplinary team to transform complex problems into elegant solutions, enhancing customer and agent experiences.
• End-to-End Development: Develop and optimize machine learning models and pipelines, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
• Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor a growing team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Product Integration: Integrate AI solutions with a low-code/no-code platform to enable seamless user experiences.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply these to improve the platform continuously.

What you'll need:

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in parallelism, asynchrony, and typing. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
• AI and ML Skills: Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI deployment.
• Web Technologies: Experience with web technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTTP, and Websockets is a plus.
• Innovative Mindset: Passion for building AI-driven solutions that disrupt traditional customer experience models.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading teams, driving projects from concept to completion, and mentoring junior engineers.
