Pharmacy Operations Coordinator I (Formulary Maintenance) - Remote

Position Purpose: This role will focus on ensuring that the administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant by supporting various operational tasks.

• Perform duties to support the development, coordination and maintenance of the pharmacy program.
• Review benefit/formulary setup and testing (new and year over year).
• Conduct claims analysis

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care environment. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong problem solving, and analytical skills required. Ability to manage deliverables in a high pace environment.

License/Certification: Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred

Job Specific duties:

• Formulary Maintenance - Ensure all of our Medicare lines of business are compliant to what is submitted, testing validation remain compliant.
• Testing and claims reviews
• Medicare benefits and formulary
• Drug lists and Drug Tiers.
• Excel analysis and analytics

Highly desired:

• PBM - Pharmacy Benefits Management experience

• Microsoft Office Advanced (Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Working shift: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (In your own time zone.)

Pay Range: $18.66 - $31.73 per hour
