We are looking for a Financial Planning Manager in the Financial Planning & Analysis team, based in Bucharest. The main mission of the Financial Planning Manager is to lead the team and manage tools and processes to achieve efficient reports and accurate understanding of Ubisoft financial performance.

Our future colleague needs to possess inherent leadership qualities and attention to details, necessary to ensure full compliance in all areas in their perimeter.

Reporting to the Group Business Planning Director based in Paris, you will be working in a fast-paced international environment and you will gain invaluable knowledge and expertise along the way.

Your main mission:

  • Lead the functional administration of the Group financial reporting tools (Essbase EPM and HFM in coordination with Group Consolidation department)
  • Participate to the new ERP deployment at Group Level in coordination with worldwide FPs and IT Finance helping translate business needs into effective financial processes
  • Build, update and share Financial Calendar for monthly closings, quarterly reforecasts & annual budgets with FPs
  • Coordinate monthly closings and quarterly/annual budget processes together with the Zones (e.g. deadline management, status, anticipation)
  • Contribute to maintaining documentation and procedures related to processes and tools (SharePoint)
  • Manage and develop a team by setting up yearly objectives, monitoring key results, organizing main deliverables
  • Foster collaboration withing financial community

Requirements

The professional value you bring:

  • Significant knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control or similar fields
  • Experience in financial reporting tool implementation is a plus
  • Extensive working experience as analyst, controller or other relevant financial roles
  • Significant experience in team management
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • BI tools represent a plus
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills
  • Experience in video games production or in Software/IT industry with R&D experience is considered a plus
