The Role
We are looking for an organised and collaborative Customer Operations Associate to join our Customer Operations team. In this role, you will support our efforts to deliver excellent customer experience and help maintain our position as a leader in retail intelligence. You will assist in ensuring smooth communication between our customers and internal teams, and provide quality customer support by responding to customers via tickets and learning about our different systems and platforms.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about retail data and keen to learn more about this industry. You’ll enjoy multitasking, communicating with multiple different teams and will be super-organised.
In order to succeed in this role, you’ll require a strong work ethic, resilience, and good collaboration and time management skills. This position is perfect for someone who never wants to stop learning and growing their skillset!
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer support and drive long-term customer satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, and providing support and guidance across our platforms and internal systems..
- Act as platform admin for internal and external user base.
- Gain an understanding of EDITED processes and systems to assist in data monitoring, fixes and QA processes.

Essential:
- Interest in/experience with Data and AI
- Passion for the retail industry
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise
- A can do attitude to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment
- A problem solving skillset and enjoy working both autonomously and collaborating with different teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with basic analytical tools (such as Excel or Google Sheets)
- Experience in a commercial/office environment, ideally within a customer-focused software company - preferably
