The Impact Youโ€™ll Make in this Role

The employee's main responsibilities include customer support for Solventum products & services, acting as central point of contact for all trade partners, private customers, end customers and internal interfaces as well as monitoring work queues for new requests.

As a CO Analyst - Customer Dialog Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Identifying contacts in new companies and analysing customer needs
  • Supporting the sales and marketing functions in the development of sustainable customer relationships
  • Completing assigned tasks within agreed targets
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
  • Acting according to Solventum regulation and policies

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French
  • Commercial flair on the phone
  • Customer First Thinking
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Previous experience working within customer service is a benefit
  • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
  • Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted
  • Collaborative Team player
  • Analytical thinking

Work location: Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
