Senior Content Marketing Manager

📍Location - hybrid, 2 days a week in the office, the other 3 wfh or office (at either our London or Sheffield office whichever is closer to you!)

❗This is a highly creative role with the freedom to develop and execute new content and campaign ideas, but it’s also a commercially focused role that’s directly tied to Goodlord’s growth and performance (the Sales team will be your new best friends!)

• We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• Be able to digest complex information (i.e legislation changes, industry news, surveys) and distill this into digestible content that drives engagement from commercial decision makers
• Develop and optimise multi channel content strategies for multiple audiences to grow Goodlord's reputation in the industry as a thought leader, while focusing on new contact drivers to grow our database
• Work closely with the Head of Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Growth Marketing teams to develop and execute successful content strategies and marketing campaigns, optimised for different stages of the funnel

What we need from you:

• A passion for creating compelling long form content that resonates with new and existing audiences to meet business objectives and expand our brand reputation in the industry and beyond
• Exceptional creative writing skills, with strong attention to detail and an ability to leverage company messaging, product information, and subject matter experts to develop on-brand messaging across multiple platforms.
• You have experience leading a commercially focused content marketing function, with at least 1 direct report
• Experience developing a content marketing strategy with successful examples of hitting commercial targets (we’d love to see your KPIs/targets in your CV & cover letter!)
