Job Description

​Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and Group reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual report and audited financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation slides, bursa announcement, board papers and the submission of other statutory returns.
  • Assist in the preparation of analysis of financial results and financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and yearly tax computation.
  • Assist in the preparation of forecasts, projections and budget.
  • Assist superior in areas such as internal control and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Work with Investment/Asset Managers and Investor Relations as and when required.
  • Liaison with trustee as and when required.
  • Support other entities within the Group or special project as and when assigned.
  • Perform any other duties, which may be assigned/directed by the line of report from time to time.

Requirements

  • Completed ACCA or MICPA. Finalists of ACCA or MICPA with the relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates with the relevant work experience in a public listed entity or with external audit experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed and a strong team player with sense of urgency.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
