Development Engineer

• Conduct research to understand customer needs, technological advancements relevant to wash process. Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
• Generate ideas for improvements plan, establish detailed design specification, plan for development to meet customer requirement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on prototype testing and feedback, to ensure that process designs are feasible for manufacturing.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in design and processes.
• Explore cost-effective design alternatives without compromising product quality.
• Identify, troubleshoot issues in the design and development process. Collaborate with other engineers, team members to address technical challenges.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the design and development process. Ensure that process comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
