Staff Engineer

• Manage RMA flow and hands on the device to identify the root cause
• Coordinate with vendor to deliver accurate and prompt response
• Collaborate with internal team to assure and improve product quality
• Conduct mechanical related failure analysis, such as bench level verification and soldering rework

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Material Engineering or Electrical Engineering, 4 years work experience as a minimum
• Experience in back-end process of NAND memory products
• Familiar with electrical and physical analysis flow, e.g., emission detection
• Capable to work independently and work with team to share the progress
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
