Job Description: Influencer Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and content creators (MC).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms on behalf of clients or the company.
- Assist in onboarding new influencers and contribute to talent discovery efforts.
- Support in managing the sample budget, and coordinate packaging and shipping of influencer gifts.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Maintain an organized influencer calendar and schedule collaborations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, social media platforms, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Open to Fresh Graduates!
- Strong interest and understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and provide insights.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Prior internship or coursework related to social media marketing or influencer management is a plus.
