We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter that can effectively partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs, attract top talent and can develop and maintain strong working relationships.
We have an exciting opportunity working with a dynamic technology company. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Recruiter currently based in Shenzhen, China who is comfortable working a hybrid 2x/week on-site schedule. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate management & tracking, and partnership with hiring managers. In this role, the recruiter will help guide hiring managers on the local market, the competitive landscape and best practices.
The roles the recruiter will be working on range from mechanical and electrical engineers, quality engineers, etc. This role will primarily focus on talent in China - the ideal candidate would have recruited for local Engineering talent and can speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical talent - including Electrical, Mechanical, Quality, etc. Engineers
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Proficient in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Strong communication skills in English
- Understanding of the local talent market in China
- Ability to commute to Shenzhen regularly - able to come onsite 2x a week
