- Business partnering with different departments, and hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs and job role requirements
- Develop an appropriate sourcing strategy according to the hiring needs, including the use of social media to build and maintain a network of potential candidates
- Searching for skilled professionals, mainly IT profiles, developers
- Providing top quality candidates
- Internal & external job postings, resume review and sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, composing offer letters.
- Establish reports, dashboards and benchmarks with the aim of monitoring our activity and continually improving our processes
- Attending career and professional events, conferences in order to attract top talents
- Building a network and creating a talent pool for our recruitment needs
- Continuous improvement of employer branding
- Participating in various projects in the areas of recruitment, sourcing
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in recruitment/headhunting
- Strong knowledge on different ICT Businesses is a plus
- Experience or study in IT-related field is preferred
- Strategical recruitment mindset
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to remain flexible and responsive in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Flexible and open-minded
- Proactivity is a must
