Job Description

As an intern, you will be assisting the Application Services team on various IT projects covering the entire project life cycle, including post-implementation activities such as change requests, application support, and audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities such as requirement gathering sessions, documentation, business user coordination, testing, and training
• Assist in technology audit(s) for existing solutions, including liaising with the audit team, managing timelines, collating information, and documenting findings for reporting
• Assist in promoting awareness of digital solutions
• Contribute to the design and build/configuration of IT applications (PowerApps, RPA, SharePoint etc.)
• Offer technical support to end-users, addressing queries and issues related to the applications
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related disciplines
• Able to communicate well and have a strong sense of logic
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Able to work effectively independently and in a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel
• Willingness to explore innovative solutions and technologies to enhance user experience
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and cloud services for application deployment is a plus
