Estimator

Salary: P60,000-P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in the construction industry
• Knowledge of Expert or similar estimating software (Expert experience desirable)
• Structural steel and concrete structures estimating experience is preferred

What will you do?

• Reviewing drawings and specifications to understand the project scope.
• Calculating the quantities of materials, labor, equipment, and other resources required for the project.
• Researching and analyzing current material and labor costs in the local market.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates, including direct costs, indirect costs, and profit margins.
• Assisting in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents.
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate estimates.
• Providing value engineering suggestions to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
• Preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and tender documents for contractors.
• Analyzing and evaluating tender submissions, and advising on contractor selection.
