As a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will be instrumental in elevating our supply chain to the next level. Your responsibilities will include process definition, establishing new partnerships, and optimizing existing structures. You will design innovative solutions, discuss them with the leadership team, and drive their operational implementation, focusing on digital processes and active involvement in day-to-day operations.

• Strategic Roadmap: Develop and coordinate the strategic roadmap for our SCM activities.
• Logistics: Build and optimize a robust delivery network connecting our suppliers with customers across Europe.
• S&OP, Planning, and Integration: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and operations planning (S&OP) internally, ensuring efficient communication of demand signals to partners. Drive deeper integration with key partners to improve capacity utilization, reduce lead times, and lower costs.
• Digitalization: Lead our SCM digitization initiatives and develop custom software solutions in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Project Management: Manage projects from conceptualization to operational execution, including the onboarding of new suppliers.

• Degree in business administration or industrial engineering
• At least 3 years of professional experience in (top) management consulting and additional operational experience in SCM
• Conceptual thinking and structured project management skills (including project leadership)
• Experience in supplier management and strong commercial negotiation skills
• Ability to quickly and comprehensively familiarize yourself with various topics
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Enjoy working in a team environment
