  • Drive partnerships with Local corporates, relocation agencies, universities and other third parties in order to drive tenants acquisition, through strategic conversations at all levels within these organisations
  • Collaborate with the Global Partnership teams to source and facilitate global transactions with organisations based in your market
  • Prospect potential clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close deals
  • Maintain the relationship with your partners to maximise engagement with the Spotahome platform
  • Ensure consistency of the local Partnership planning with the global Partnerships strategy and execute at the local level. Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis to the Global Partnerships Team
  • Work closely with the Local Operations team to ensure excellent execution of the booking requests of your customers
  • Build your own leads pipeline and conduct needs analysis to uncover new opportunities
  • Probe for objections, remove obstacles and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
  • Work with customers (new and prospective) to pilot new feature roll outs
  • Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing
  • Produce local report and send it to the Global Partnerships Team
  • Supervision Partners Complaint and transform it into an opportunity of growth
  • Supervision the Partnerships bookings request with Booking Operation
  • Boost the Local Student Ambassador Program with Local Marketing
  • Participate/Represent Spotahome in Universities Welcome Days, Job Fair, Student Fair, Networking Events
  • Italian speaking person
  • Fluent English level, written and spoken; another European language is a plus
  • Exceptionally good relationship building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen, from negotiation to execution
  • 1 year previous experience in Partnership team
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure
  • Sincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses
  • Youโ€™re a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities: the Spotahome team is evolving every day and requires highly motivated independent individuals
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise sales activities and follow through in a timely fashion
