The Opportunity TaskHuman is looking for an accomplished and driven leader to join our team to shape our growth strategy, provide an exceptional user experience and drive expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of significant B2B2C revenue/user growth, be passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and user feedback to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth charter of our product, assembling the right team and driving focused strategies around user and client growth while optimizing key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with company’s business objectives
• Build out lifecycle based growth features at scale for acquiring new users, increasing engagement and impact and improving retention and LTV
• Establish growth and optimization best practices and processes to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, identify high impact conversion opportunities, and run high-velocity, data-driven experiments
• Support client’s strategic business objectives building a deep understanding of their goals for using our platform and delivering targeted results.
• Build a growth team with a strong culture of innovation, experimentation and data focus
• Guide the design and development of a growth infrastructure including tools, systems and reporting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing, Content and Finance to prioritize initiatives and align at a company level.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience leading growth initiatives, product-led growth and/or growth marketing
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, driving revenue of a sizable product line or business.
• 10 years experience in product management or marketing with at least 3 years leadership experience leading cross-functional teams and direct people management
• Entrepreneurial/startup mindset to drive outcomes autonomously
• Experience and appetite for working in a fast-paced technology and innovation environment highly preferred
• Strong technical depth with experience delivering platform, data and infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills towards creative and impactful outcomes
• Experience working with data tools such as Amplitude, Heap, Looker, BigQuery highly desirable
• Global health & wellness product management experience desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to distill complex and ambiguous problem statements into compelling data storytelling narratives and to clearly communicate vision, plans and progress company wide and to clients.
• Deep empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
• Genuine interest in the mission of TaskHuman and being a part of something bigger than any one person or business group
