What You Will Be Doing:

· Coordination of reception work (calls answering, processing of incoming and outgoing mails/postages/parcels, guests’ hospitality)

· Administration of office documents

· Organization of business trips and events for Wroclaw location

· Office space and parking’s management

**·**Coordinate facilities and services related to the office. Monitoring order process and daily supplier management (office cleaning, stationery, and office equipment, parking suppliers, catering etc.)

· Responsibility of occupational safety, fire protection, first aid (incl. design & delivery of trainings), coordinating and support for employees in all activities on security in the building (Access control, video surveillance, etc.)

· Workspace planning, Managing the construction/renovation works in part of the office/internal movements and daily cooperation with the Landlord

· Support for a company’s cars users in Wroclaw location

· Settlement of all costs related to the office and administration services in the location

· Cooperation and support for the Administration and HR team located in all branches in Poland

You Are a Perfect Match If You've Got:

· University degree preferred in Admin or equivalent experience

· 3 years + experience in office administration in international company (200+ employees)

· Excellent knowhow in the field of administration processes

· Fluent English/local language mandatory (German nice to have)

· Solid experience in event organization and internal communication

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; distinctive ability to interact with all levels of management and corporate headquarters

· Result-driven personality

· Team player, resilience, and strong sense of responsibility

· Customer-oriented

· Hands-on mentality with the ability to find pragmatic solutions

· Multitasking
