QA Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Analyst to support our Operational Risk Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our processes are efficient and effective, driving continuous improvement in our services.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Process Delivery: Ensure Operational Risk Team processes meet SLAs, suggesting improvements for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• QA Reviews: Conduct regular quality assurance reviews, report findings and recommendations.
• Credit Portfolio Analysis: QA credit portfolio reporting and handling ad-hoc amendments.
• Incident Management: Take part in incident response, complete ad-hoc tasks and analysis assigned by management.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in projects affecting business processes.
• Team Collaboration: Build effective working relationships to address business opportunities or issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Background in financial services, preferably in an operational risk, QA or related role.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (desirable).
