This job is a permanent full-time position in the Technology Department's Service Centre and is based in Amsterdam. It involves working in a helpdesk officer role, providing first and second-level user support (depending on services) as part of an IT team that, comprises a total of seven members.
Occasionally this person could provide training on IT applications to final users.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves the following key responsibilities:
- Providing user equipment support, delivery and maintenance.
- Acting as point of contact for all user queries relating to desktop PC's, laptops, smartphones, printers and business-related software.
