- Perform day to day Helpdesk responsibilities including responding IT request, Troubleshooting and new joiner On-Boarding
- Manage and maintain all IT Infrastructure such as Hardware, Software and Network
- Responsible for new equipment or product of IT system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration (including project implementation and coordination)
- Basic network / server setup and troubleshooting
- Support on Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshoot on Hardware, Software, Network, Server and Printers
- Maintained IT Hardware, Software audit and IT Hardware disposal records
- Provide user guidelines to frequently problem occurred
- May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance
- Any other hoc task assigned by the Superior / Head of Department
Requirements
- Diploma in IT or its equivalent (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken is preferred).
- Strong admin and coordination skills needed
- Knowledge of Basic IT Infrastructure (PC/Notebook, printers and peripheral).
- Customer centric and service mindset.
- Knowledge of the principles of client / server applications
- Knowledge of the Office applications and relevant product components.
- Knowledge of User administration, Active Directory, Monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Data Security concepts.
