About Role

As the Sales Operation Specialist you will play a key role in supporting our sales teams across the three franchises, by delivering accurate data reporting and analysis that will provide actionable insights that drives performance outcomes and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and validating accuracy of sales data from various systems and sources
• Sales Rebate / KPI reporting
• Assisting sales teams with reporting
• Analysis to inform account/sales territory strategic planning
• Detailed analysis to provide insights to sales effectiveness
• Maintaining and enhancing sales-related systems and databases
• Developing and managing CRM dashboards
• Ad-hoc analysis to solve business problems
• Administrative support to the commercial team

About You

To be successful you will have:

• 3 + years’ experience in sales reporting and analysis from either healthcare, manufacturing, FMCG or a similar industry
• Data analysis and insights experience that can translate into story telling
• High aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
• Well-developed communication skills
• MS Office experience including intermediate MS Excel skills
• Previous exposure to SAP/ Dynamic 365/ Power BI or other related CRM systems and analytic tools highly regarded
• The ability to collaborate with sales teams to achieve business objectives

Language

• Fluent verbal and written Korean essential

• Professional level English highly regarded
