Sales Controller

Join the shared service controlling team as Sales Controller cum Billing Coordinator for BGSV. We are actively looking for associates to join us to support the billing process in BGSV (Vietnam) and BGSJ (Japan)

Key tasks:

In charge of billing process for BGSV includes but not limited to:

• Check and validate supporting documents for new contract creations from Delivery Managers.
• Create Contract on SAP- SD module.
• Check and validate supporting documents for invoicing from Delivery Managers and coordinate with requesters to clarify any issues or inconsistencies in the documents;
• Create Sales Orders and Issue Billing to customers in SAP-SD, SAP-FI and VNPT e-invoice platform;
• Maintain correct pricing in the system;
• Prepare invoicing and billing related reports;
• Support relevant stakeholders for topics related to billing including but not limited to providing supporting documents for Detective Control checks, providing supporting documents for year-end external audit, supporting tax team to provide documents for tax audit and tax refund purposes;
• Support ad-hoc project related to billing topics (for e.g. system testing, improvement projects)

Requirements

• Accounting or Finance background (2~3 years of working experience required);
• Preferably someone with working experiences as Sales administrator or Billing coordinators in service or software related companies.
• Knowledge of Excel (compulsory), SAP (preferably) and local e-invoice platform.
• Language skills: English (Fluently).
• Attention to details and ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with seniors stakeholders to discuss and resolve any issues.
