1. Flash – Improvement Plan for cross-connect provisioning

2. Perform Audit for Data Cleanup

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing smart hands for customers
• Tape backup rotation
• Vendor escorts
• Movement of shipment
• Administrative and ad-hoc responsibilities
