Project Lead IT / Key User

Job Overview

Leading of SAP and IT related projects to ensure that the logistic processes are running stable and efficient. Coordinating & initiating improvement projects in Operational Logistics including SAP in DCAP & system support. Motivating & ensuring that the team adheres to all ISO procedures & Bosch directives. Will provide the plant, DCAP and the rest of the SO with SAP planning and procurement support and error resolution in the IT-systems. Will be responsible to introduce SO-standard processes.

Job Description

• Leading local contact for ME/LOI-SO in MY of PgP5/LOG IT & DC-AP Process-Landscape

• Will be instructed by ME/LOI-SO and work together with the planning and procurement experts from LOI-SO in Reutlingen to implement the standardized solutions for our supply chain network

• SAP Key User for MM module

• SAP Key User for SD module

• Project leader for improvement / implementation of new processes in SAP

• Support SAP4 Hana Implementation

• Implement standard LO-SO ordering process of raw materials

• Implement standard for shipping process of finished goods in SAP for plant and external service provider

• Coordinate workshops and conducting training for new improvement processes in SAP

• Provide support to Receiving, Shipping and Planning teams on demand

• Documentation and coordination of troubleshooting and investigation of LOM & LOP issues

• Provide support to other LOG-Departments within SO Organization if required

• Other additional tasks as per superior instructions

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics, management study or IT Management.

• Minimum 5 years working experiences in related field.

• Having at least 2 years in leadership and project management experience with 5 years experience as SAP Key User.

• Possess a high level of intrinsic, motivation and joy in inventing of new solution

• Possess strong intercultural communication & corresponding skills and able to work in team environment with initiative and willing to learn

• In-depth knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Supply Chain Management, planning competence with structural, analytical way of working

• The candidate must be assertive, able to deal with conflicts, high level of intrinsic motivation & able to lead of projects and topics

• Efficient working candidates with an open minded and change management & flexible on overtaking responsibility

• Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
