Responsibilities

  • Support applications for medium to large software projects and deliveries
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot and provide customer support as needed
  • Organize and conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet business requirements and goals
  • Compile technical documentation such as user manuals and specification documents
  • Develop and implement test scenarios for projects and deliverables

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • System engineering on Windows Environments
  • Debugging and troubleshooting experience
  • Scripting / Packaging tools experience
  • Knowledge of Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of Software development either in .NET platform (C# or VB) or Web Technologies (ASP.Net, XML, Java Script, etc.) will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language (written & verbal)
