Get to Know the Role

This role plays a critical role in Salesforce Platform Design & Architecture and leads a team of external developers and consultants on an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve adoption. The candidate will need a strong salesforce platform background (out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) with proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud modules. Experienced leaders who have led Salesforce solutions for global organizations should apply here.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Individual contributor with hands-on capability and also lead a team of internal/external Salesforce developers spread across different regions.
• Proven track record of driving software architecture and enterprise capabilities, (scalability, fault tolerance, extensibility, maintainability, etc.), designing complex solutions.(eg. integration, security, custom development).
• Proven track record in requirement Analysis, effort estimation, promoting best practices recommendations, Solutions presentation, and Cross-functional collaboration.
• Support in creating business and technology roadmaps with Business CRM & Operations (BCO), Procurement & GTS leadership.
• Be a driver of change to continuously improve our ability to serve Grabbers; including identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle, or new relevant releases in Salesforce platform offerings

Requirements

The Must-Haves:

• Must have at least 5 years (at least 5 years of Salesforce experience) of strong hands-on experience with all Out Of Box capabilities offered by the Salesforce platform and must have solid hands-on experience in large-scale SFDC applications.
• Must have Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills
• Must be involved in larger-scale Salesforce implementation projects.
• Must possess strong knowledge and experience with configuration, customization, programming with Apex, Apex triggers, Web Service Integrations using REST API, SOAP API, Authentication mechanisms, Handling Large Data Volumes, Shield Platform, Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, VF Pages, Communities, Security aspects of Salesforce applications and fundamentals in Cyber security.
• Strong working experience in CI/CD platforms, statistical code analysis tools, and deployment activities like Gitlab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant tool, etc.
• Excellent Troubleshooting experience and problem-solving with Salesforce (debugging issues with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows / Processes, Lightning page performance, SOQL performance, API integrations, and so on).
• Good exposure to Agile methodologies and strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages and concepts.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, pick up new skills quickly and propose highly innovative solutions to a problem you have never seen before.
• Ability to Improve and build solutions to address architectural gaps or technical debt.
• Strong salesforce platform knowledge and experience with configuration, customization, programming with Apex, Apex triggers, Web Services, Shield Platform, Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, JavaScript, XML, HTML, VF Pages, Communities, and Security aspects of Salesforce applications.
• Strong solution design and architecture experience in the Salesforce platform.
• Strong working experience in CI/CD platforms, statistical code analysis tools, and deployment activities like Gitlab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant tool, etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting experience and problem-solving with Salesforce with the ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with clarity, brevity, and ability to influence solutions

The Nice-to-Haves:

• Salesforce-certified Application or System Architect will be an added advantage.
