Digital Learning Designer

• Job Title: Digital Learning Designer
• Job Type: Permanent
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 PA DOE
• Job Location: Frimley - Hybrid role
• Ideate and build digital learning solutions
• Design engaging digital learning experiences from initial scope, storyboard to the physical build and final solution
• Creating compelling digital learning experiences in multiple languages
• Production of digital assets inline with brand guidelines

Requirements

• Qualifications in instructional design – particularly for online delivery methods
• Degree educated or equivalent business experience

Experience Required

• Demonstratable portfolio in digital & instructional design
• Well versed in the use of authoring tools and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Evidence of strong creative writing skills
• Strong knowledge of digital industry standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI)
