Your Job

To specify

• Participate in the creation and development of new products for Sparteo.
• Establish a discovery process to identify user needs and write user stories.
• Identify time-consuming steps and automate them.
• Collaborate with Group Management, the Product Manager, the CTO, and the technical team to design and develop solutions.
• Organize the backlog and set priorities.
• Build the roadmap, identifying dependencies and interdependencies.
• Oversee project operations and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Implement project metrics (KPIs).
• Develop and manage schedules to meet deadlines, and issue alerts as necessary.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.

Your profile for this job

• Experience in the WordPress environment (extensions/plugins development)
• API-first approach
• Organized and structured
• Ability to work effectively in teams (developers, sales, marketing, etc.)
